Bihar School Examination Board has made arrangements for free coaching for meritorious students for the purpose of preparation for Engineering and Medical competitive examinations like JEE/NEET etc.

Experience is one of the most important eligibility conditions in this opportunity.
Experience for Teacher
- Teacher/Subject Specialist must have at least 05 years of teaching experience related to JEE or NEET in a reputed coaching institute .
- As proof of experience, salary statement of payment given by the concerned coaching institute will have to be submitted.
- Apart from this, the candidate should have attended at least one JEE/NEET Coaching Institution in any one of the last five years :
- Must receive a payment of ₹1,00,000 per month or ₹12,00,000 per year .
- This payment can be verified through Bank Statement/TR before joining of the finally selected candidate .
Experience for Co -ordinator
- Must have experience of working as Co-ordinator or equivalent post for at least 05 years in Engineering (JEE), Medical (NEET) or any other Coaching .
- For the post of Co-ordinator, Salary Slip along with proof of experience will also have to be submitted.
BSEB JEE NEET Free Coaching Recruitment 2026 – Teacher Salary / Professional Fee
Dynamic and Flexible Payment Structure has been kept by BSEB for Teachers .
Mathematics Teacher Professional Fee
- Mathematics Subject Specialist will be paid Professional Fee at the rate of maximum ₹2,000 per hour .
- The Professional Fee of the Faculty can be increased annually by a minimum of 5% to a maximum of 10% depending on the performance .
- For the first time, the subject expert will be given work order for two years .
- After this , the service period can be extended for 11 months each time based on satisfactory work and requirement .
Chemistry Teacher Professional Fee
- Full Time Teacher/Subject Specialist of Chemistry subject can be given Professional Fee up to maximum ₹2,00,000 per month under Dynamic and Flexible Payment Structure .
- Professional Fees of Chemistry Faculty will also be increased by 5% to 10% annually based on performance.The Professional Fee of the Chemistry Faculty can
- The Chemistry Teacher will initially be given a two- year contract. Subsequently, the contract may be extended for 11 months each time, depending on satisfactory performance and needs.
BSEB Co-ordinator Salary 2026
- The fixed honorarium for the post of Co-ordinator is ₹75,000 per month .
- Statutory deductions will be made from this honorarium .
- The services of the Co-ordinator will be obtained on contract basis in the Committee and he will not be an officer/employee of the Committee .
- Normally, the Co-ordinator will be engaged for a period of two years . However, the tenure may be extended by 11 months each time depending on the need and satisfactory performance of the Committee.
What will be the work of the coordinator ?
The responsibility of the selected Co-ordinator will not be limited to general administration only.
- Monitoring of special coaching arrangements made for meritorious students.
- Supervision/monitoring of all other arrangements related to coaching.
- Inspection of the arrangements for conducting classes.
- Monitoring the regular arrangement and management of the Coaching Programme.
- Assistance in maintaining the smooth functioning of the coaching system provided for the students.
Such work will be done.
Rules related to termination of service of Co-ordinator
The services of the Co-ordinator can be terminated based on his performance or if he is not required.
If there is no need as per the notice or on the basis of performance, the employee can be relieved from duty with immediate effect by giving 15 days ‘ notice or by paying equivalent salary .
Therefore, the post of Co-ordinator is contractual in nature and its service conditions need to be understood carefully before applying.
Conditions related to Salary Slip and Income Tax
- When applying for a Teacher/Subject Specialist position, you must indicate the monthly honorarium/remuneration received from the coaching institute. A salary slip from the relevant coaching institute must also be attached.
- If Salary Slip is not available, then provision has been given to submit the copy of Income Tax Return of last three years .
- It is also mandatory for the Co-ordinator to submit Salary Slip along with proof of required experience.
